About ArcMetis

  • ArcMetis™ is a vendor-neutral enterprise architecture and AI governance advisory firm built for federal agencies and regulated enterprises. We bring architect-first rigor to the modernization, security, and AI decisions that boards and executives are now accountable for.

  • Our practice is anchored in five proprietary readiness frameworks: Technology Organization, Enterprise Architecture, Federal Modernization, Security Architecture Rationalization, and AI Readiness, grounded in TOGAF, Zachman, COBIT, and NIST standards. We use them to establish defensible current-state baselines, design target-state architectures, and deliver roadmaps that survive contact with execution. Where it serves clients, we productize that same methodology into accessible tools and playbooks so leaders can move from "we should govern AI" to "here's our program" without a six-figure consulting spend.

  • As an SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB/EDWOSB) based in Washington, DC, ArcMetis supports C-suite leaders in complex, regulated, and large-scale organizations, including federal agencies, state and local governments, and enterprise organizations across mission-critical programs.

  • Vendor-Neutral by Design ArcMetis operates independently of implementation vendors, software resellers, and technology partners. Our guidance is architecture-led and objective, built to serve mission outcomes, not product roadmaps.

How ArcMetis Works

  • Discovery - We start by understanding mission priorities, organizational constraints, and the decisions leadership is actually trying to make.
  • Current-State Clarity - We map the organizational, technical, and operational environment as it really is - not as the org chart suggests.
  • Future-State Definition - We establish a coherent target-state architecture aligned to mission objectives and informed by realistic constraints.
  • Roadmap & Governance - We sequence change in defensible phases and design the governance to sustain it past the engagement.
  • Executive Deliverables - Every engagement produces decision-ready artifacts: board-grade reports, architecture artifacts, and roadmaps executives can act on.
